I am such a cow. I hate the fact that I let food comfort me AGAIN. I had a small car accident today so when I went grocery shopping I let myself be soothed by food. Plus, I totally lost track of time this afternoon so I totally missed lunch; I guess that also explains the early evening pig out. I really need to make tomorrow a better day.
