I did it! Not only did I fall asleep at a reasonable hour, but then I dragged my buns out of bed at 7:30 so I could work out with Denise Austin. She rocks.

What the hell...I rock.

Perhaps I may even go out for a walk/run in a little bit. It's only 58 degrees right now and it's 8 AM. I am pretty excited about that.

So, if my day as a whole goes anything like the last 45 minutes has it's going to be great!
