Weekly Wrap Up

1. What's the best part about winter overall? Why? The worst? Why? Winter is great because you snuggle into your covers like a true bug in a rug. Snow looks so pretty (if you don't have to go outside). There is nothing better in the winter than a nice cup of hot chocolate. The worst part is the bitter cold, walking/driving in the snow.

2. Do you like snow? Why or why not? I think snow is really pretty. However, I hate driving in it. I also hate walking on ice. That sucks a lot.

3. Have you ever traveled to get to (or away) from winter weather? Why? Where did you go? Usually for holiday break I go to Virginia, which will usually be snow free, and warmer than MA. I could see myself in the future looking forward to coming north for holiday break to see my family (and a little snow)

4. Do you like winter sports? Why or why not? What kinds do you like/dislike? I used to like watching hockey. I'm not about to do this by myself, but when Jim was here, we used to go to games. What other sports are there??

5. Describe your earliest or most favorite winter memory. I remember when I was little, living with grandparents, and they had this huge Christmas tree in their front yard. As a side note, its not there anymore, and it made me sad when I saw the stump. Anyway, when it would snow my aunt or uncle would take me out in the front yard on my little round sled and pull me around the tree for a few minutes. Gosh that was fun. The joy of youth: a few minutes on a sled will make your day.
